Shipping Policy
Heavenly Enhanced orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). After placing an order, each customer will receive an email confirmation which includes a package tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipping of an order. After processing, orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic orders. We currently are only shipping US domestic.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. You may be subject to reshipping fees if your package needs to be reshipped due to inaccurate shipping addresses that you provided.
Return Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we stand behind our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we would love to hear from you. We will try our best to find a resolution. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.
Should any of the materials prove defective within 7 days of delivery, we will be glad to replace them free of charge. If you have any issues with your order, defective, damaged, spillage, or received the wrong item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the item you would like replaced. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the items from your order.
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase or have any concerns, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of product so that we can assist you. We do not accept any product returns, exchanges, or refunds after this time period.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to a Heavenly Enhanced distributor nor to a salon that sells Heavenly Enhanced products. We only accept the return of products originally purchased through the heavenlyenhanced.com website. If you would like to return a product purchased directly from one of our authorized partners, please contact them directly regarding your return. We are only liable for returns purchased through our online store or through a distributor's heavenlyenhanced.com online store.
To start a return, you can contact our Customer Care Team at care@heavenlyenhanced.com. Prior authorization is required on all returns. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are required to cover return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items are subject to inspection. All printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered or damaged.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds to an individual who has repeatedly returned products.
