WHAT DOES “CO-WASH” MEAN?

Many people ask me to enlighten them on this term. The simplest definition is it means to wash or cleanse your hair with conditioner! Yup that’s right..

Believe it or not some conditioners actually have cleansing agents in them. This allows a person to cleanse the hair without stripping the moisture out the hair. However, even if you co-wash your hair on a regular basis, you still need to shampoo with a gentle clarifying shampoo to remove product build up.
